About Us

International investor, businessman, and consultant in Corporate Strategies, Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service.
Sol holds a BBA and an MBA from Texas Christian University, USA, with extensive experience in various fields ranging from Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Project Management, Renewable Energy, Air Conditioning, Home Appliances, Hazardous Waste Remediation, and Medical Waste Management, and Executive Education; and in building successful businesses in various markets.

Sol is also in the midst of earning a PhD in Business Administration.

Sol worked for P&G, Unilever, Colgate, and Clorox multinational companies and worked with durable goods companies like LG, Midea, Maytag, Whirlpool, Indesit, De’Longhi, and Yamaha.
The most recent company that Sol managed was the Shaker Group in Saudi Arabia where he grew the AC and Home Appliances business from under $50 million to over $330 million per year in 10 years as the head of the Shaker Group, managing the above-mentioned brands, where the LG AC brand gained over 40% market share under Sol’s management.
Sol had a network of over 350 home appliance dealers in the GCC markets, of which about 30 are major dealers with over 100 showrooms.
He is an investor, a businessman, and a management consultant, as well as an academic lecturer in business at many distinguished universities such as the American University of Beirut (AUB), Webster University (Geneva, Switzerland), and the Lebanese Canadian University (LCU).
